When robot has crashed into unit and faults out:
On robot controller panel, turn key switch from auto to manual.
On robot pendant:
- turn key switch from auto to manual.
- Depress deadman switch on back of controller and press shift on front of pendant simultaneously
- Press Function button and then press 0 and 9
- The robot is now ready to move manually.
- Press +Z to move robot out of collision
Once robot has cleared collision, move cardboard unit out of the way.
Once unit has been moved:
- return robot pendant back to automatic.
- robot controller panel back to automatic.
Go to robot HMI:
- press the Abort All button
- press the Auto Home button
Once the robot has reached its home position, the robot crash has been cleared and is ready to hand back to production.
