If you power cycle the machine because of weird errors, you must leave the machine turned off for a //minimum// of 10 minutes
The die roll won't stop in the correct location
- Restart the machine. Took cover off both sides of die roll and could not locate a limit, prox, photo eye or anything that would fix the problem. Restarting the machine got the roll back in sync.
- Safety Reset for counter ejector
Blowing ink out of suction fan during machine washout
- Missing dust covers — have production replace them.
Anilox roll won't go up on print section
- have operator setup on a different job and let the machine go through its setup. Once setup is complete, have operator go back and setup on original job. This should clear the error.
