When robot has crashed into unit and faults out:

On robot controller panel, turn key switch from auto to manual.

On robot pendant:

1. turn key switch from auto to manual.
2. Depress deadman switch on back of controller and press shift on front of pendant simultaneously
3. Press Function button and then press 0 and 9
   • The robot is now ready to move manually.
4. Press +Z to move robot out of collision

Once robot has cleared collision, move cardboard unit out of the way.

Once unit has been moved:

1. return robot pendant back to automatic.

1. robot controller panel back to automatic.

Go to robot HMI:

1. press the Abort All button
2. press the Auto Home button

Once the robot has reached its home position, the robot crash has been cleared and is ready to hand back to production.
