     * have operator setup on a different job and let the machine go through its setup.  Once setup is complete, have operator go back and setup on original job.  This should clear the error.

  * have operator check and make sure no e-stops are made in print section, print doors are fully closed, etc
  * error preventing operation should appear on maintenance screen
  * FIXME figure out how to get to maintenance screen
